Lonesome, Lunch

Sometimes working from home is lovely, like when I want to wear pajamas and not drive in the snow.

But sometimes it's very lonesome. Like today, when I would just like to wave at someone and say "Hello" or "What did you have for lunch?" So I'm waving at you instead, dear reader.

Hello! What did you have for lunch?
(I had cashews, tea, a clementine, and half of a roast beef sandwich, in case you wondered too.)

I had leftovers. You know, the last few chips, the last overly ripe banana, etc. I really need to go grocery shopping!

For me it was chicken salad and some fruit...and I totally share your sentiments on deserted workplaces--a university campus over Christmas is a quiet place!

Indian take-out. Long story for sometime about mean mean waiter. But it was yummy!

oh how i would love to work from home. i'd work under the lights of my christmas tree and curl up under a blanket with my laptop. but, i'm sure it gets lonely too...i enjoyed some lovely lasagna from last night's dinner.

Awwww. I don't think I could ever work at home, I get so sad when no one is around to talk to.

Yummy leftovers, and a cookie cooked by a co-worker from my Christmas bag. And then I got nervious about my (personal, not work related) meeting this afternoon. And tried to focus on work, with mixed-to-good results.

I had Mary's Gone Crackers with manchego for bfast/lunch. Can't seem to get my ass out into the rain to go to whole foods.

I'm waving at you from Los Angeles.
We actually had rain today!! :)

Lunch didn't happen until 5pm, after six hours of Christmas shopping. It was a slice of pepperoni pizza (large enough to count as two slices) and a Maudite beer....it was 5 o'clock, after all! ;)
